We are excited about the opportunity to share "She Shall Rise" girls club with you. The club was started by youth and is led by youth.
We are committed to speaking life into the destiny of our young girls’ journey through life.
We are thankful for the ministry "For Girls Like You," started by Wynter Pitts, because her book titled I AM YOURS was chosen as the clubs official read.
Pre-Teen Princess
Girls from ages 10-12 are considered a Pre-Teen Princess in the program. The WHO defines this age group as an adolescent, or a child between the ages of 10-19, and is experiencing what is called a transitional phase of growth & development. TUC will focus on helping Pre-Teen Princesses develop confidence & self-esteem.
From Princess To Queen
She Shall Rise is an extension of Be True To You women's ministries. The program is intended to target girls from ages 7 to 17.
Clients are referred to our program by outside agencies as a diversion plan but we also serve our communities in helping girls develop life skills that will equip them for life.
Girls Rock
Little Princess
Team Up Connections takes the role of speaking life into the heart of every child. In our program, girls ages 7 to 9 are considered “little princess.” With our little princesses, we especially embrace the responsibility of planting seeds of hope and inspiration.
Reading Empowers
We believe in enhancing the power of the mind. Reading at this age establishes a mental foundation that creates learning readiness for girls as they grow older. Team Up Connections Reading Empowerment program offers great incentives that are designed to encourage reading as a vital aspect for character growth.
Gifts & Talents Essentials
Recognizing the gifts and talents of our youth enables them to shine with excitement in who they are and what they have to offer for making the world a better place. Allowing our youth to share their gifts and talents allows them to develop self-confidence in their abilities.
Preparing Girls for Success
Going through the adolescent age can sometimes present challenging moments for girls as well as boys. Sometimes the challenging moments are rooted in adolescent immaturity.

We have an open door policy. Girls have questions and they need answers. Our goal is to have those conversations that will steer young ladies in the direction of personal growth and social development. We want our ladies to know how to conduct themselves in any setting. No topic is off limits. Parental consent may be required.
College Prep
Such a vital step in a young ladies life. Expansion of the mind is key to opening the windows of success.
Teen Princess
It is our goal at Team Up Connections to help teens navigate through those challenging moments by teaching positive decision-making and conflict resolution skills. We are committed to being an added force of positive support for parents in helping to ensure youth learn the value of making wise choices, using common sense, and understanding its ok to say “NO.”

Team Up Connections has partnered with various women ministries, community leaders, and youth programs that are committed to empowering our young ladies to be all they aspire to be.
Social Media Awareness
Social media can be a tool that is very helpful in todays world of technological advantages, but it can also be a very dark path that leads to chaos and destruction. We want to ensure our young ladies know how to use the social media platforms responsibly and steer away from actions that can harm them or others eternally.
Community Service
The harvest is plenty but the laborers are few. Community service is a great way for our ladies to do their share of making the world a better place. Not only is it a blessing to a person in need, it also opens doors of opportunity for the young ladies when looking for jobs or preparing for college. Volunteering helps make communities strong.
